Our story
2020 — Colivea begins
We bought and renovated our first flat in the centre of Huelva. We furnished it carefully and started renting rooms to students and young professionals.
2022 — 4 flats, coliving model
We learned to balance fair pricing with real quality. Fiber Wi-Fi, good appliances, transparent utilities and zero commission.
2024 — In-house technology
We built our own system: tenant portal, WhatsApp incident management, automatic receipts, online contract with digital signature. It reduces errors and frees our time for what matters: helping you.
2026 — 8 flats, ~30 rooms
Flats in City Centre, Isla Chica, Molino de la Vega and Fuentepiña. Erasmus students, local professionals and UHU staff live with us. Without losing what defines us: closeness and honesty.
How it works in practice
Our day-to-day with each tenant looks like this:
- Before moving in: visita presencial o vídeo en directo. Te enseñamos el piso real, no fotos retocadas.
- When you sign: contrato digital o presencial, fianza custodiada, alta clara (30€ única vez), llaves y bienvenida.
- During your stay: WhatsApp directo para cualquier cosa, recibos automáticos por email, portal personal con tus datos.
- Utilities: agua con cuota fija pequeña, luz prorrateada según consumo real del mes anterior. Cada cifra documentada.
- When you leave: encuesta breve, devolución fianza en menos de 14 días, sin descuentos arbitrarios.
