Cookie and local storage policy

Last updated: 10 May 2026 · Policy version: 2026-05

Summary: Colivea does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies. Optional analytics are first-party and run only after consent.

1. What this policy covers

“Cookies” is used here as a convenient term for browser technologies that store or read information, including cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage.

2. Your choice

On a first visit, the privacy panel offers two equally prominent choices: Accept and Essential only. The choice is stored for 12 months. It can be changed at any time using the Privacy link shown at the bottom of the site or this button:

If your browser sends Do Not Track, analytics are not sent regardless of an earlier choice.

3. Essential storage

These items support a requested feature or remember the privacy choice.

4. Optional first-party analytics

When accepted, Colivea uses its own server to understand page use and traffic sources. No advertising network receives this information.

If you choose Essential only, analytics events are not sent and optional identifiers are removed. Private-link tokens and full query strings are never included in analytics events.

5. Contractual portal activity

For a logged-in tenant, activity needed to operate and support the private portal may be processed under the rental relationship. This does not allow advertising tracking or the export of private-link tokens.

6. What Colivea does not use

7. Browser controls and deletion

8. Changes and complaints

Policy changes are published here with a new date and version. A version change causes the site to request a new choice.

Data protection concerns may be raised with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
